No doubt you are correct, but the difference is we start with 100% in 2 blocks, rather than less than half that. We should end with higher net percentages IE 30 to 45% rather than 10 to 21%.
Probably further off than stated, it seems everything gets put back. Should, however, add very significantly to the value of ERHE.
