I think you misunderstood what I was saying. I was talking about a deal with a JV partner or partners in the EEZ to evaluate the blocks before selection. I was not talking about a deal for the company or any of Offor's shares so your reference to $10 per share had nothing to do with the conversation that was taking place.

Hopefully this deal in the EEZ would include up front cash, full carries, and tecnical assistance in making block selections. I think you have a one track mind when it comes to these buyins or buyouts. That was not even being discussed.
