Years ago, many felt Interdigital would prevail against Motorola. They did not and left alot of people scratching their head.

Most everyone had heard of Motorola, and the other party most likely was refered to as; Interdigital WHO?

Many reasoned the legal action ended as it did because of an uninformed lay jury who couldn't comprehend the complexity of the technology. Others said Interdigital never had the goods in the first place, while others argue they did!

One thing is for very sure, in high stakes legal games like Motorola then and Nokia-Samsung now, unfortunately anything is within the realm of possibility.

IMO, I hope this matter is dealt with justly and fairly.
