I'm glad that the judge ruled and the arbitrators will have everything needed to make their decision. No more Nokia smokescreens or stalls. I'm sure that the unsealed docs show no collusion between IDCC/ERICY as a backdoor deal to s#rew Nokia.
All the cards are now on the table and Nokia's signed contract of 1999 will stand on it's own and bury them. You can't sign a detailed contract and then claim that they only did so because, "We thought ERICY would prevail and we'd never have to honor it", and win! JMHO!
