Yes, today's markets and its declines are all based upon emotion.

And from EVERYTHING I've learned in trading over the years, when you allow your emotions to dictate your trades, you ALWAYS lose money.

I'll be sitting still for the first 25 to 30 minutes. I definitely won't be panicking, no sense in locking in losses all over the place, just to see others come in to push it back up.
