Now then they are trying to sell you a program called SpyFerret. Before buying there program try the latest free programs. Try cwshredder at http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/ , that link will probably not work so try this one, http://209.133.47.200/~merijn/index.html it is the same web site, but the adware you got is blocking one or may be both ways to get to it. You may have to have someone email it to you. If cwshredder does not work, try this coolWWWSearch.SmartSearch (v1/v2) MiniRemoval tool. http://www.safer-networking.org/minifiles.html

All else fails Bruce should be able to help you, once you get clean be sure to install the new spybot, and immunize your self, the install spyblaster and spywareguard, and ad-aware. You get them up and running, and you should be ok. I am also using webwasher and (CookieCop 2) for ad and popup control. They are proxy programs, I have them setup so the web browser goes to webwasher and then webwasher goes to cookiecop 2. Let me know how this ends. I am going on vacation.
