Help, Home page problem
I have an old 1.2 AMD running Win 98 and over the weekend my girlfriend's daughter's husband was surfing the web on it. He says he did not download or change anything but Right after he was done, as in he was still on the computer, I noticed my Home page was suddenly popping up
res"//mshp.dll/index.html#22776
I purposely left out the : after res as I do not want anyone getting the same problem. I have never seen this type of web address and I have tried changing my home page back to Google but nothing works, it even has this res: address imbedded as my Default homepage. I have tried deleting cookies and files and resetting to Google, and it works after I change it, but as soon as I turn off my computer and turn it back on my Explorer opens back to the res: homepage. Do I have a virus or am I missing something trying to reset the homepage? I have never seen this webpage before and have no idea how it has become the default homepage. My security and privacy settings were on Medium at the time. I have tried resetting my web settings but it is always the same, after shutdown it seems to go back to the res: homepage.
Any insights would be appreciated. Sincerely, Bob :^)

Good Luck to All! :^)
