Hopefully they do something for the shareholder.It would be in the best interest of the company in the long run.

As far as the leagal issues she needs to state on record to all shareholders she was never involved in any scheme and will defend herself.If it was pissed off past clients using the goverment then say that.

If it were to go to trail its all going to be laid out on the first day any how.What is your plea.Guilty or not guilty.That is not telling the other side anything but it sure would be saying alot to your shareholders.

The legal issue is a big one for any investor.I want the hole ball of wax rolled out on the table.What is the share structure.What are the plans for more closings and when is funding going to occur.Buy back audit.

I like the idea of a retirement of most of the large holders shares.Change the Crusip # and a name change must occur at the same time.

Then we see some big action to the pps upwards.JMHO
