Libra, that is a recount of my discussion with Carol on Monday of this week. I talked to Carol for a while and brought up many issues that shareholders were concerned about, so that post is a capsulated look at a few of the bigger topics that have been discussed here, and in turn, I discussed with her. I wrote that up because several people had asked what we talked about and what she said.

I will say she was very open to suggestion and listened very intently to my ideas. We talked on Monday right after the market close for nearly an hour, and she said that she was heading into a Board of Directors meeting to get the HCPC ship heading in the right direction. I think some pro common shareholder moves are on the way. I did mention that management needed to communicate better, and needed to be more transparent at this point moving forward. She agreed. I said a conference call would be a great way to show shareholders you are thinking of thier concerns and speaking directly to them. She agreed. She has since scheduled a conference call which is pretty much unheard of in Pink Sheet stocks. I also brought up the idea of Cremel retiring shares and likened it to what happened at another financial stock recently when an affiliated company retired shares. I called it a back door buy back. She asked for the other company's information and asked several questions about that path. She does want this to work out, she is working hard and she isn't giving up!

I emailed her several times, and then we talked. In none of those emails or in the phone conversation, did I once bring up the indictments mainly b/c as a telsevision news journalist I have been called by hundreds of people asking me to publicize their stories against companies who have wronged them. I have personally seen several cases where the disgruntled had the company investigated and eventually got the DOJ to indict the company on fraud charges. So, I am not the least bit concerned. However, Carol did bring it up to me by saying this current situation hasn't helped with shareholder confidence, but she wanted to assure me that she was not involved in any scheme and was not involved in any wrong doing. She said she was told not to talk about it at all, but she felt it important to tell me she was not involved in any scheme. I told her I wasn't concerned b/c I have seen it many times, and I have seen most of those cases never go to trial.
