Class action law suits would only occur if the price went down. Do you think adding $25 million dollars of pure profit to the revenue stream would cause this stock to go down from $16.00? A Nokia settlement will cause at minimum a $5 to $10 immediate upward stock price move.

Investing is all about the future and not the past. IMO, it would best suit shareholders and the company to get this done now. Think how many battle are needed to be won by IDCC until they get paid for all the technology.

I'm sure I left out people. The point being is why make everything a battle. Get creative now. Apply the $59 million Nokia paid as a credit towards past due licensing fees.
If IDCC settles Nokia I'm sure we will not have many unhappy shareholders.
