jai: One more thought, why I don't believe that IDCC will negotiate a settlement at anything close to a 75% reduction in what they claim Nokia owes them. To settle at such a low figure, after so many public announcements as to what was owed, would leave them open to class action law suits claiming fraud and misrepresentation. Even you indicated that you bought more shares on the basis of their statements. However, if the settled amount is based on an arbitration decision then they may have a possible excuse.
