LGL, what you say is entirely true. Joe is probably as much a sociopath as a stock scammer. He probably enjoys being notorious, screwing everyone. But here is the thing, everyone knows it. Given his well known history, it is impossible to believe the new Board went into this without a complete understanding of Joe and how he works, and without well written enforceable contracts, however contingent. No, if the deal falls through because of Joe and his scams, then this was just a scam from the beginning, all well planned. But there is some reason --- not much, perhaps --- but some reason to believe that the new gang wants this to suceed. We as always will see.
