John I know that there are a few believers, shareholders that believe that Joe will adhere to his written word LOI / MOU / or written Contract, or even any verbal transmission.
Thousands of shareholders who have lost money will disagree.

As we all know Joe has No loyalty to the shareholders or anybody else, stories abound of investors brought hundreds of thousands of dollars to Joe of which he grabbed on to and gave no stock, no interest, and no return of moneys and no acknowledgement.

Shareholders that build up hopes and dreams of riches to come have been dashed many times, buying on a pump and selling at a loss or being stuck with a stock that keeps moving lower for many years, some Investors have been stuck for four and five years. Just remember Joe's past before there was a Black Dragon.
