Shallow... I don't think a little interest and forgiveness of a little 2g money would have anything to do with bringing a settlement. Bigger things are involved. They're not dumb and a little bit of 2g money isn't going to sway them from signing a 3g agreement that they know has momentious ramifications going forward. I don't think that's much of a carrot to offer them. .. mo ... nic
