You can't be serious! What happens if we don't get victory at the ITC? How long do you think it'll take to get paid for 3g in that event? Do you think other infringers will line up for an agreement after an ITC loss? What do you think would happen to our share price then??? We'd be lucky to stay above $15.

$200M is less than $3/share after tax - that's all it's worth to us in share price, ultimately. What do you think would happen to the price if we got $160M AND a 3G agreement?
