ronny, in keeping with my earlier hypothesis of nok's negotiating strategy; create value to nok's ip portforlio for trading, and couple with leading market share, to get the lowest possible net expense, and thus, a competitive advantage.

nok's tdd deal with idcc is another trade item to get nok a lower rate than sammy. sammy doesn't have the same foundational ip as nok, nor the tdd joint development, nor the total volume.
