This is a misinterpretation that Janice has propagated for several years now. Synter neither had any authority to direct the issuance of any new shares, nor did he attempt this, as the SEC report indicates by the lack of any claims to this effect.

As Megas has indicated many times, Sytner was only authorized to investigate the situation.
