Pagan, I never said it was illegal did I ? nor did I state it was a violation under any SEC regulations. In fact I never said he was doing anything illegal, I have simply stated a fact from the filings in Florida and that he's a part of "WHAT LOOKS LIKE JUST ANOTHER SOUTH FLORIDA SCAM CORPORATION". I'm not talking about his many registrations although it is interesting. I'm talking about he being the owner/director of all the companies directly associated with and part of Globetel/Sanswire including those that were dissolved. If you follow closely the filings and associated companies including the "shut downs" and "new openings" date of all of them it becomes clear how he does what he does and stays within the confines of the law. That doesn't mean it's not a "scam", it just means he's clean as a whistle and will stay that way. I doubt very seriously that he'll ever be charged by the sec. I certainly hold him is high regard for his intelligence. Like I said many times, he's good but transparent and IMO he deserves every penny he can get from suckers that follow him and his many shell corporations with blind faith.

I never said you didn't you simply stated the following

Remember that overlypromotional and hype statements from individuals and companies are illegal. If you feel investors are being "rooked" contact the SEC.
