Filing/registering corporations with a State is not illegal that I am aware of. Plus that simple act also does not fall under any SEC violation I'm aware of. I never said he wasn't involved with any of the companies, that's another mis-quote on your part. And yes, your earlier quote was erroneous, but now you say it wasn't a quote, though you specifically put the statement in quotations. LOL, I can see how that would be confusing.

Plus I never knew you held Leinwand in such a high regard for his intelligence. Good to know.
