They have issued dividends to conv. pref shares...

Convertible Preferred Stock Dividend Payable 1,311,291

...and show conv. pref stock issued...

Convertible Preferred Stock 682,511,032

...these are dollar amounts but I'm not sure how to go about determining the divisor.

5% of the sale price for the dividends?
$1.00 for the pref stock or the average PPS within 30 days of the transaction?
