It doesn't matter what I think or what you think. It matters what the market thinks.

I say this because the market is not taking HCPC serious for whatever the variety of reasons known and unknown... thus far.

However, if they were to have their financials transform from "unaudited" financials to "audited" financials by a somewhat even close to being reputable or proven accounting firm, then I think the market will realize a more true valuation of where HCPC should trade.

At any given time though, major investors could capture the valuation and become the market for HCPC price going up while we would all sit around and wonder why is it moving as such.

I say this because there is always that slim chance that we might see huge volume before huge price increases as is the norm within the penny stock world before major news is released.
