-If all this were true, then he would have been specifically named/charged by the SEC like Huff and the others, but he wasn't. So it looks like the SEC doesn't hold the same view of Leinwand as you do.

I've waited at the edge of a field during hunting season where I've seen deer grazing near dusk.
During hunting season, the bucks get very crafty. Usually they have a little "harem" of does with them. When getting ready to go out to graze in a field, invaribly any buck will hang back and let the does wander out into the field first. They instinctively know that usually, any predator will strike while they are out in the open. If the does are not bothered by anything, in a while you will usually see the buck come out.
This is what JL does. He has his minions that he sends out to get caught by the SEC, while he hides in the background with "clean hands".
As I said, he is very intelligent. Sooner or later he will get his.
