Just to clear up an error in your post:

-The actual quote was "What looks like just another south florida scam company." Quite a bit different than your erroneous quote.

Beats me, I'm only stating a fact as to JL's involvement since the beginnings of globetel waaaayyyyyy back..he was in fact involved and is involved in all aspects of the companies. He's the one that formed the d*mned thing is he not ? No one could possibly say that he's not been in toto involved in this company. In fact he is the sole director of sanswire corp and he and kostro are the sole directors of globetel. There is no other."
-If all this were true, then he would have been specifically named/charged by the SEC like Huff and the others, but he wasn't. So it looks like the SEC doesn't hold the same view of Leinwand as you do.
