I believe in stock options and have recieved my fair share. Mine were proformanced based after results were obtained. My concern with IDCC top management is that they get them every year even when results are not apparent. Most of us would feel better if we could see a corelation between their results and the option granted. The fact is they appear to be excessive based on the information we have. If we we knew all they were doing behind the scene to make the company better we might be more understanding. Let us hope we all get rich (including top management).
