Nothing wrong with telling the truth. I'm an advocate, as a matter of fact..

I don't believe they have officially stated when they will release the audited financials. I think the first PR on the matter said the audited financials would be completed by May 31 - nothing about releasing those numbers to the public. Well, sh*t happens, and the audits took longer than they hoped. As far as I can tell, they haven't lied about WHEN the financials will be released, because they have not specified an official date. I believe "as soon as possible" was the verbage.

That said, I think it is not true when you say that they have lied about the release date of their financials, because they haven't actually given a solid release date. Have they been elusive? Maybe, but they have not flat out lied about it.

As for Ed's history - there's nothing wrong with pointing the facts out. It's also fine that you want to let the world know that Carol is Ed's wife. As for the the PPS going to no bid? Who cares?? Seriously, who cares? Despite some people making a HUUUUUGE deal out of the PPS fluctuating between .0001 and .0003, nothing significant has happened yet. The current PPS movement is strictly due to speculation and conjecture (and manipulation by those who want to make a quick buck).

Honestly, I don't think the financials will necessarily be the "significant" event that makes this PPS go north. Frankly because 2006 and 2007 will show negative numbers and 1Q 2008 may show nominal profit. I think it will be time to sell this stock if, and only if, the company fails to announce official closing of loans (with proof). Until then, this company is still in the kennel. It's WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too early, in my opinion, to count them out...
