Is it wrong for me to say to new investors that this stock hasn't been above .0004 in the last 6 months ?

And every time they say they are releasing audited financials, they miss the deadline and give another date, then miss that date too.

Is it wrong for me to say that Ed Johnson (Former CEO) was removed from that position by the SEC for Unethical business Practices ?

Is That wrong ?

Is it wrong for me to ay that this stock is now being run by Carol, Ed's Wife, and since she's been the CEO, the stock price has now went to "No Bid" status ?

Why is it that the truth being told is such a bad thing ?
