It is no coincidence that the funding was to begin on or before May 30 for the big loan and the audit was to be completed before the end of May. Many have said it and I will repeat it, this audit must be complete before the investor, whoever, will purchase the preferred shares that will begin to fund the project.

Looking at the two different statements side by side it implies that the investor is already lined up. It is just a matter of getting our "ducks" lined up.
