Good morning:
I see that the board is still freeking out about the Financials for 2005, 6 and 7.
Don't worry because I think they will suck and have no value to the investor. Its simple since they didn't have any earnings till the first qtr of 2008 and that will be out before the useless information from the previous years.
So why have to audit in the first place? Its needed to meet the requirements to uplist and thats the only value.
The 1st qtr of 2008 will show 2 deals completed and the next qtr will show the big hotel and some smaller deals. Thats real income and yes there are expenses to offset.

So relax and let those who choose to get an ulcer enjoy what acid can do to the stomach.

This is only my opinion. You should research before you invest to limit your risk. When you invest in pinks its all risk and most fail, Never risk more the 10% of your holdings in pink sheet stocks!
