I received a prompt reply from Rob. He stated the current delay is due to Weinberg being extra cautious, and they won't even sign off on the 2006 statements until they've completed reviewed the 2007 statements. He also stated that both firms are paid up, so that should end any speculation that the delay is the result of non-payment.

...and on the 7th day, God turned off his Macintosh.
