Your question got me to thinking... I know I heard that a while back, either from Rob or from one of the other longs who had talked to Rob. But, that probably has changed since then.

It's my understanding that Dohan has to sign off on 2006 Q1 and Q2, and then Weinberg would sign off on 2006 Q3 and Q4, as well as all of 2007. Given that the false revenues were in the period audited by Dohan, I would expect their part to create the biggest delay.

I emailed Rob for an update on the financials and who is causing the delay. I'll post his reply when I get it.
