I agree that the concept needs to work well, especially for franchisees. I have been to the restaurant 4 times since it has been open and have never had an error on my terminal. I saw one other table have a visit from an onsite tech guy when the store first opened. I know two other folks who have been multiple times and have their visits were error free. Perhaps others that have been to the restaurant can weigh in about errors or lack there of so we can get an idea about how consistent the user experience really is. I would tend to think that most everything is under control. Nolan is a technologist first, restaurant guy a far second. I am quite sure he shares your view on delivering error free software.
