Dollarfromcents, I agree with what you have to say, but I feel we need to see the release that shows what GTEM has done to settle the case with the SEC. I think the door is now open for that settlement to happen since GTEM has been officially outed by the SEC. Huff and Lynch were the only ones to settle so far.

What else I would like to see are those high ranking officers that remain (Jon and Kostro) to be cleared, OR their roles in this whole mess should be disclosed and dealt with. So far, guilt by association has ultimately led to Huff, Jiminez, and Lynch. Who else is left that was in a position of authority while the fraud was occurring? Nothing would surprise me at this point given what we found out yesterday.

Huff and Jiminez disposing of close to 1M shares and not disclosing this along with their default on the associated loans? There are many things coming out that nobody would dare to do, yet they did.

JL became corporate counsel in June 2005 and I believe held a position on the BOD starting August 2005. What level of authority he had and how much influence he held - I am not sure. He may have been in a position to advise and that was about it. The CEO and CFO's were the one's to sign the filings and hold ultimate responsibility.

I want to stay on the JL bandwagon, but I feel like I always have one foot on the banana peel.
