Am I missing something here? Doesn't the SEC information already state the actions taken? This is now old news. News that we share holders are finally finding out but still old news. The news articles faults GTEM for not filing Financials since June of 2006. There is no mention of other actions or ongoing activity at GTEM that are being investigated. With all of this going on (SEC investigation) and Jonathon Leinwand being an attourney, do you really think he would dare put out false PRs. So all the recent PRs must have been verifiable or else they would be insane to put them out during the investigation.
With that said, the past is the past. IF GTEM can file financials and get current, they can then concentrate on their current business. I also am under the view that there must be alot more behind the scenes than we have been privy to. To still be operating after all that has happened, to still be trading (even on the pinks) while the SEC investigates and issues their findings and actions says alot about GTEM. Stock price is way down and understandably so.
I'd like to see where the funding has been that has kept this company afloat and what has been going on behind the scenes in the past two years for that funding to continue.
All my opinion of course. As for Rob, he is GTEM's IR. His job is to spin situations for the best of GTEM. He is also fed information to do so and probably not in the know most of the time. He tries his best to answer questions where he can (with his IR spin of course). I have been very respectful in my communication with him and he has also in return. I think those of you who don't receive responses might not have been as respectful. I have put in an email to him but no response yet. I have a feeling there is work on PRs, K8s and other types of communication going on. It may appear after hours today. (generally the case when the news is not good)
Anyway, I have been a long a long time. Have lost a lot of money here but can only stand by and hope all this plays out to a happy ending. I wish you other longs luck. Bashers, you have your rights to your opinions but please keep in mind many of us longs are very vested here and are down quite a bit on paper.
Let the bashers have their moment to gloat for the past actions, let GTEM file financials and get current, let GTEM announce the funding sources and what they have in their pipelines, let GTEM announce all the accomplishments that have occurred in the past 2 years, let GTEM change their name and trading symbol, and let's get off the pinks. My opninion and hope.
