Ghors, my point exactly about the use of French Law by Nokia.

1- We are licensed to use the patents becaue of the implied license. (Why isn't it that they are not licensed until neotiated and agreed by the parties).

2- But we don't have to pay until we agree to pay or you sue us. ( So we won't pay and will sit on the fence until pushed off).

Mayb ehtey should give the ALJ some French Bread and Wine to go along with the French Law BS. At least that way it would be more palatable.
