Ronnie , I hope you as well as Corp_Buyer express your concerns to the board via the new link on the IDCC web site.

Chances are the responses you receive will be from those who are on the compensation committee that adopted the plan.

I think the new link suggests that the company was aware that any new means of compensation might not be fully understood by the institutions or investors and guidance might be needed. We have been asking for more communication with the company and they are providing it so I suggest using it.

When the news release came out I said.

Discussing it here day after day with out having a full understanding of the plan doesn't accomplish much more than create bad feelings between investors as well as suggest investors here think management are crooks.

I hope you both will bring back some good answers.
