DVOM, thanks so much, I was actually under the impression that I would need DVIm(male) to VGAf(female. Versus the one shown in that link ??? I was actually set to buy a different one (Startech) for like 3 times as much and express shipping is more than the stupid adapters.
My head was just somewhere else, this whole week, too much crappola goin on.
In about 5 mins tonite, I realized the way I should have gone with the cards. Plus I should have gotten 2 PCI's and kept the old AGP so I'd have another monitor (5).
Anyway is the male/female thing right ???
and thanks again for replying, I may try that uninstall and re-install not sure yet, it works fine thru the xp set-up just dont like the error message.
