i dont think management is "playing" w/ the shareholders....i think the majority of the problems w/ the "price" of idc stock...arise from shareholders "playing" w/ themselves...its about time that the "shareholders" take some responsibility for both the price of the stock and their own and cumulitive actions...idc is trying to accomplish a very difficult task...that IMO is made more difficult by the lunacy of its shareholders...
