Shares Available in the Float have not changed since their last PR. The company is not selling shares of stock, and they believe it is a large open market shareholder selling. They don't know who, or why, and have been unable to find out. He didn't know why someone would be selling at these levels, nor did he know if it was shorting by Vertical Group. He predicted that then this shareholder is done selling, the stock price will come back up.
