So far you seem to have summed it up fairly well.

I do not believe SecureNetView will be rolled into UHCR. IMO we'll likely see it made public under its own symbol and its own share structure. I might even go as far as saying that another dividend may well be in our future, somewhere down the road, when every thing is established and running smoothly. I don't believe it would be a dividend in UHCR stock, but instead we may possibly see shares of our new acquisition. This of course is all hypothetical and may or may not happen, but I could see this as having an very positive impact to current UHCR shareholders down the road.

As for increasing our AS, he may very well have to, though I'm not sure it would be as high as 75M. I think worst case would be to double the AS, taking us to 10M, which still won't really affect much of anything. Whats important is that if something like this occurred, it would occur in the open, with our knowledge, which is critical.

I would also think we'd see some audited financials in the not to distant future, to further support his statements of moving up in markets, but its all speculation on my part.
