He's very excited about the deal, as am I. I have known about KinderCare since about 1999 and parents love seeing their kids in school! It was a great idea and obviously it has many more applications. I'm not exactly sure this private company wants to be 'bought out' or merged into UHCR since as Clayton says, it's not in line with the business plan of optical stores. But, maybe someone can speculate that deal. What I do know from my conversation with Clayton which is or was not inside information, but when you look at SecureViewNet and what they could do with maybe better management?? , is expand and UHCR will collect fees from all of the new customers. Regardless, it will bring cash or should into UHCR's coffers. But the 10 Mill current A/S will have to change and will. Unless someone thinks of another solution of financing. I don't think these guys can go to a bank and get a letter of credit for a million bucks, so it has to be stock.
