Scorry, Why do you think the company refuses to comunicate with the shareholders. It would seem to me that if they provided some comunication they could easily offset this problem with no cost on the expense column. Even when the stocklemon report hit the CEO came out with a message the following day refuting the report. Now they seem content to let the share price just sink without any attempt to provide any help to stem the problem.
