Limited resources. The work efforts are being directed to developing the business. Dealing with the NASD, negotiations, travel to Russia, Europe, etc.

Most people don't know that this dedicated team is using their own money for most of these expenses. THAT'S DEDICATION AND A BELIEF IN WHAT YOU ARE WORKING FOR.

Stock Tiger does provide information - that is what he is contracted to do. So listen to his info blasts on company activity. tje company is not paying him to chart or report on the stock price.

The company put out a huge release in January. These things take time to compile, review, edit, etc. Right now they are waiting for a response form the NASD, the auditors and financing entities, acquisition partners, etc. Until these have some conclusion there is nothing to report - nor should they - until they have final notice form the NASD.

Be patient. It was not so long ago that they gave a very comprehensive overview of what is going on.

Refuses to communicate with shareholders? Honestly, I don't get this assertion that keeps coming up. Look back at the PR's! Maybe actually read them! There have been communications on a monthly basis from the company including two comprehensive reviews in December and just 4 weeks ago in January. They have indicated what is going on right now (completion of the yearend and equity accounting of ATOLL) and what the goals are for '08. They're essentially a startup that's been active for all of 20 months.

Nobody's happy with the stock price but, as I've posted here before, no one and I mean no one should want to be involved with a company that manages to the stock price. Make a decision as to whether you believe this managmement will be able to execute on the goals they have outlined. If you think not, sell. If, after completing your DD, you believe they will than just push back from the message boards for a few months and let management take care of business. That's the best thing managment can do for the stock price.

Lastly, and then I'll get off my soapbox, all this back and forth about StockTiger is beside the point, a sideshow. My advice, for what it's worth, is to do one's own DD and seek your own counsel regarding NNRF's prospects. Don't take other people's word for it. Read the PR's. Talk to the company yourself. Make your own decision and when it pays off, reap the rewards of knowing you were your own investor with your own money. Who cares what ST thinks?
