Siriuslyricher,

It is obvious that you thought that GTEM was working on the 2006/2007 financials back in November of 2007, after GTEM filed the amended 10KSB on the 2nd of that month.

On 11/27/07, Nilremerlin posted the following:

If GTEM is gonna have cash for TAO within 10 days, it would seem to follow (actually precede) that GTEM will have its filings released and a funding deal made within those same 10 days...unless they can provide the cash in some other way.

That's the way I read it as well, Nilremerlin. And I don't believe they would get financing without the restatements and getting clearance/settlement with the SEC, nor does it seem likely that they would move ahead on this 10-day time frame unless they were certain restatements, etc. would be done.

Now you post this today.....

As Mide and others have pointed out, in their opinion private financing is keeping GlobeTel going at this juncture, including the first phase of funding for the TAO/Sanswire deal.

No one would want to pay good money for auditors and getting the financial statements updated, IMO, unless he/she believed that the SEC investigation was over (and that the business had technology with real growth potential).

I find it interesting that this news release follows the SEC filing yesterday, which appears to indicate that the SEC found no violations by anyone except Joe and Luis.

So you thought the financials would be restated LONG ago.....

If the financials don't come out by the end of March, I will certainly be interested to see your reasoning for it.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...present fact to back up your opinion.
