I think you are "spot on", bill77b. This is very important. I believe it signals that the investigation is over, but GlobeTel still needs to get current (and will). Also, IMO, funding would not have been forthcoming to pay the auditors (and for other things) if GlobeTel had not been cleared by the SEC. I also firmly believe that no funding would have been forthcoming unless GlobeTel had the technology.

Now, based on the above, there is funding to bring the financials up to date, however, GlobeTel cannot appear overly promotional as the SEC is still watching.
