thanks pallie....don't get me wrong...I'm forced to wait this out and I'm hoping for the best.....but I have read balamidas update after his conversation with I believe Rick....and their was no indication then of a delayed closing, in fact I believe it said everything was on track for the closing.....also saw on a different site where someone posted that they received an e-mail from Rick indicating the exact same info.....so at minimum this closing is being held up by a third party....which tells me there is still a chance it won't close at all....I could be reading too much into things, but a better PR could have eliminated that
