Upabuck, the deal is dead. Summit might have been real, but that as they have said --- you can ask them --- always depended on the financing package, and that never existed. The game now is to just hold out hope and keep the price up a little. They will play this out for as long as they can. Then come up with a new scam. Don't trust anyone on this board. BD is all lies all the time. But the Summit deal is dead. Give them a call and ask about the financing package.
