Who told you the deal is dead? Did PR come out with that information, did Joe tell you this over the phone, did Summit group tell you, WHO??? Where in the world did you get that answer???? Lou is right, the deal sounds and looks real, so we must wait and see. There's nothing else can be done. This could take another month or as soon as next tuesday.
ALL EYES ARE ON JOE!!! RELAX and let him finish the deal.

And as far as the reverse split, I think they should do it but only after the share price moves much higher from these levels, they better not even think about splitting at these levels.
