The whole point was if they had the money to pay the divy, they were making money. So should I now assume they DON"T have the money to pay for additional converted shares if the offer still stood?

Wrong. The rest of the post states facts about what the company did and didn't do. I didn't make it up. And yes, I thought buying a stock WAS about performance. If not, who would but a stock for NON performance other than a shorter? I can tolerate positive posts just as well as negative. But please don't make the assumption that positive is pumping, and negative is bashing. In both cases, it's simply an opinion. If we weren't all in this mess together, we wouldn't be posting here.
