"The whole point was if they had the money to pay the divy, they were making money. So should I now assume they DON"T have the money to pay for additional converted shares if the offer still stood?"

For me the worry was that these preferred shares made the common shares worthless, and that they represented a huge potential debt. I worried that the owners were just paying themselves and putting us last. Now we know that's not the case (only a fraction were issued), and now the common shares have much more meaning, and we have more transparency. It's been obvious for a long time that they can't pay the dividend. Fine, might as well fix the whole mess by getting rid of them. If they do sell the common, well, then that of course is bad.

"Wrong. The rest of the post states facts about what the company did and didn't do. I didn't make it up. And yes, I thought buying a stock WAS about performance. If not, who would but a stock for NON performance other than a shorter? I can tolerate positive posts just as well as negative. But please don't make the assumption that positive is pumping, and negative is bashing. In both cases, it's simply an opinion. If we weren't all in this mess together, we wouldn't be posting here."

I'm not saying you made it up, or that you are bashing, just that I think what you wrote is not directly relevant to the meaning of today's PR and makes your arguments less clear.
