Yeah...that can happen. As long as their is a meeting of the minds and all parties agree it can be changed. I have dealt with some pretty tough buyers/sellers before that were pretty inflexible. There are some wild variables that can take place, thats for sure.

"Sort of" is such a harmless thing to say. "Sort of". It's just a filler. "Sort of" - It doesn't really mean anything. But after certain things, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
